01 — Local atelier
Hand embroidery courses for makers who value process
Learn traditional hand embroidery and decorative techniques in a short, practical curriculum designed for home crafters, designers and small studios. Small groups, local tutors, material-led practice.
02 — Credentials
Local craft instruction, certified tutors
We combine atelier practice with clear technical steps. Each course is mapped for skill progression and practical outcomes.
We keep groups intentionally small so every student receives one-to-one feedback during stitch study. Lessons cover materials, tension, pattern transfer and finishing — skills you can apply to home projects or product samples. Our curriculum prioritises hands-on practice over theory and includes take-home guides and curated starter kits.
Our studio works with responsibly sourced linens and fibres; methods are taught with attention to longevity and repair. Lessons are practical: each module produces a completed sample you can reproduce at home or scale for a small line.

04 — Our story
We began as a small community of stitchers working in a shared workshop. The first series of classes started around a single wooden table; those early sessions shaped the curriculum: clear technique, real materials, reproducible results.
In the beginning we focused on repair and technique transfer. Over time the programme grew to include decorative stitches, surface pattern and sampler composition. We kept one principle: teach with tools students will actually use.
Today the studio runs recurring monthly cohorts, local pop-up workshops, and bespoke consultations for makers wanting to develop a small hand-stitched line. Our focus remains craft, community and careful technique.
